Centre for International Commercial Arbitration
The Board of Governors of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration consists of the Chairman of the Board and twenty eminent members representing the countries of Egypt, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, China, Nigeria, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar and Japan.
Centre for International Commercial Arbitration
The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration established three High Legal Committees, comprising the members of the Board of Directors of the Centre. Such Committees submit by majority rule their motivated opinions in any of the legal matters referred to them by the Director of the Centre.

The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration established a Board of Consultants comprising the following members:
1 - Dr. Mohie El-Deen Alam El-Deen
2 - Counselor / Hussein Mostafa Fathi
3 - Dr. Mohamed Abdel Raouf Ali
This Board is entitled to issue decisions related to the Centre's works according to its rules, in case of the absence of the Director of the Centre, or in case there are obstacles preventing him from carrying out all or one of his missions or one of them.
